I'm sure you have all the material to do it now! 

You will need:
– 5 Paper Bags,
– Double-sided tape,
– String,
– Scissors,
– Hole Punch.

I made these last year at the CO-OP using scrapbook paper, glue and scissors.
It turned out beautifully!
